To manage your supplement subscription you must have created an account at checkout. If you did not create an account you must first register your email to a new account here once your account is created your available subscriptions will appear and then you can click Manage Subscriptions and cancel or edit any available on your account. 

- If you created a subscription and received a discount you may be billed the difference for the product as the discount was based on having an active subscription. 

- If you did not register at check out your active subscriptions will appear once you create an account using the same email you used to purchase the items. 

Before you Email us please make sure you track your order using the information that was emailed/texted to you, Also remember it takes 2-3 Business days for us to process and ship your order plus another 3-7 Business Days for USPS to deliver your package.

Please note that we are only able to approve returns for items that are defective or incorrectly shipped. We do not accept apparel returns. And we cannot exchange apparel for different sizes. Thank you
